What kinds of podcasts do you listen to? Lately we have been changing our bedtime routine to help ease into sleep. Our favorite podcast for this is called Peace Out.
The podcast includes breathing exercises such as the calm down countdown, guided visualizations, and simple mindful movements.
One of our favorite episodes was called Unicorn!
Its really helped us establish a relaxing bedtime routine. We look forward to getting into bed to listen to it and Lalie is always drifting off to sleep by the end, and to be honest sometimes so am I.
